I’ve pushed out some AI-generated Audiobook versions of some of my works. While I understand that the use of AI works are controversial, this was more of a decision based around time. I’ve heard people mention in conversation that they would peruse my works if they had an audiobook version to go through while they were driving or working around the house. Rather than dive into twenty-some different projects to convert all of them at once, Amazon offered a Beta invite to their AI voice-generated narration project. I accepted and pushed them out just so those people who wanted to have them available can make use of them. I’m still prospecting audiobook versions by professionals; this is just a stopgap to make the works available to new audiences.
Just an FYI.
And yes, I’m still writing stuff. Too many things at once. None of them are close enough to cohesion/completion that I can give any additional insight than that.
Cheers, all!
